Where we ship
We ship to countries in the European Union, the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Norway.

Shipping cost
EU, United Kingdom and Switzerland: free
Norway: €6.99
How long it takes
Every blanket is prepared for your order, so please allow a little time:

Preparation: up to 14 days before your order ships
Delivery: usually 2–4 weeks in total from the day you order, depending on your country
As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow it all the way to your door.

Ordering a gift for a special date?
Please order early. For Christmas, we recommend ordering by mid-November. If you have a specific date in mind, contact us before ordering and we'll tell you honestly whether it can arrive in time.

Charges on delivery
For orders within the EU, you shouldn't have to pay anything extra when your parcel arrives. For orders to the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Norway, your local customs may in some cases charge import taxes or a handling fee on delivery. If you're ever asked to pay something you didn't expect, please contact us before paying and we'll help.

Something went wrong?
If your order hasn't arrived within 6 weeks, or the tracking hasn't updated for a long time, get in touch through our Contact page and we'll sort it out.
